Hi i deleted my videos from the pupil cloud, i saved on my computer, I just got i can't do the image mapper on the Pupil Player and I can't upload the video i deleted from my cloud, is there a way to use the image mapper?
Hi @user-ce3bd9 , it is not possible to re-upload recordings to Pupil Cloud after they have been deleted, if that is what you mean. Pupil Cloud shows a warning about this and asks for confirmation before deletion.
Hello Pupil Labs team,
We are using Pupil Invisible with a OnePlus phone and Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) for recording. During one session, the phone showed that its storage was full, so the recording was incomplete. However, the gaze stream recorded via LSL is complete.
We had a second session afterwards. At the end of the first session, I noticed the storage issue and deleted several recordings from the phone, leaving 6 GB of free storage. Since time was limited, I did not delete many recordings before starting the second session. A recording session usually lasts around 30 minutes. However, during the second session, the same phone showed that its storage was full again after only 20 minutes. This seemed unusual, since a 20-minute recording would not normally require 6 GB of storage.
I have two questions:
Many thanks, Bella
Hi @user-4de205! Thanks for reaching out!
To address your first point: Because LSL streams data live over your local network rather than saving it to the phone's memory, it makes complete sense that your LSL gaze stream remained intact even when the phone ran out of storage.
Regarding your specific questions:
Has the recording from Session 1 uploaded to Pupil Cloud yet, and are you able to preview it there? To determine whether this data is usable, please share a few more details about your specific analysis plans.
Could you share how much storage space the second recording ended up occupying on the phone and how long did it last in total?
