Hi all. I am working with invisible and my study is in the live condition. After each study, I also asked participants to look at calibration dots attached to the wall to be sure that the calibartion is good. I found that for some of my participants the calibartion is off. Is there any way that we can correct the fixation ponit based on that? Thank you
Hi @user-a9f703 , if you are using Pupil Cloud, you can try a post-hoc Offset Correction per recording.
Due to the dataprotection we are using the pupilplayer. After that I exported the video woth overlayed gaze and they it will coded in Interact software. Is there any other way to fix it in Pupil Player?
In that case, you will need to write a little Python script to post-process the data and make a gaze overlay. While written for Pupil Core, you can use the principles in this tutorial as a reference.

Our eye tracker phone is linked to the email address. However, we can not remember that email account and cannot retrieve the password to access it. Is there any way to use cloud with new email address?
The email account is likely the same one used for the Google account on the phone. If you want to try using that with the reset password option, it could be worth a try. If you used the Login with Google button when initially making the Pupil Cloud account, then that makes the recovery even easier.
If that does not work, then yes, you can simply logout of the account in the app on the phone and make a new account on Pupil Cloud account.
But if I log out fronm the app and make a new account what will happenn to my save data on the phone? Does it still exist there?
Yes, the saved data will still be on the phoneβs hard drive. You can export and back them up first, if you want to be extra certain. Note that if the goal is to re-upload these recordings to Pupil Cloud under another account, then that is not supported and will not work.
So you mean that because these recording belong to this account, I can not analyse them in the new account?
It is rather that if they were already uploaded to Pupil Cloud under the original account, then you cannot upload them a second time to another account. I will check with the team if you can upload them to a different account, if you never uploaded them in the first place.
No we have never uploaded them into the first account because the "Cloud upload" option was off during the recording. Thank you very much
The team has clarified that this will also not work. If you can find the password to either the email account or to Pupil Cloud, then that would be essential to getting your recordings onto Pupil Cloud.
Otherwise, if you want to go with the Python scripting option, we do offer Support Packages, where we can provide dedicated resources for that.

Correct. Just note that if you simply enable this option, then it will start uploading all recordings on the phone to Pupil Cloud, after you establish an Internet connection. If you only want to upload some because of data protection, then first either:
Cloud Upload option, switch to the recording list and quickly use the three button menu next to each recording to run Pause upload on each of them.Thank you very much. It is clear now
hey Pupil Labs , i have two pupil Invisible glasses sets so i have 2 hrs limit for each pair of glasses is there any way i can combine that?
Hi @user-870276 π ! Thatβs a good question and I understand the reasoning. Unfortunately, combining quotas across multiple devices or accounts isnβt supported. The storage and usage limits are tied per device/account, so they canβt be pooled together.
And yes your understanding is correct, you can download and store recordings locally without issues. However, once removed, recordings canβt be re-uploaded to Pupil Cloud for further processing (e.g. enrichments, trimming, etc.) as you correctly mention.
If you find yourself needing more continuous cloud usage, the best option would be to look into upgrading the plan.
because i don't use the other devices quota for the pupil cloud storage.. so i was thinking if i can combine both i get ample amount of recording storage space.. i can download and keep my data locally but.. i was worried about that data cant be uploaded to cloud again.. ( for editing the recordings like adding enrichments or trimming the data etc)
β¬500 annually seems alot for academic use for our use case...if not possible can you give a temporary access to all my recording of 3hrs duration so i can carefully see and delete/download the ones i don't want on the cloud? Thank you

I have a quick question i have two workspaces.. for the same device.. and i activated the device for the cloud plan why the data of one workspace is only seen and the second workspace data is still blocked.. though i got unlimited analysis access?
Is the second Workspace on a different account? And, were both devices linked to the Plan?
yes the first and second workspaces is are of different gmail accounts. but the device recorded is same

Also i have the unlimited key for 2 devices right can i use that second device key for second workspace ? if yes how to do that.. its not giving me access to add a workspace
