Hi Team, I'm working with the Pupil Core headset, streaming data via the ZMQ API for cognitive-load experiments. After analyzing some long recordings, we have a few specific technical questions regarding the data structure and system architecture. Since these questions are quite detailed, I have prepared a clear summary on our workflow, a Jupyter Notebook, and a data sample to illustrate our questions. Would it be possible to send this over email so you can take a look more comfortably? If so, please let me know which email address would be best to send it to 🙂
Thank you in advance for your time and help! Ainhoa
Hi @user-d03324 👋 ! Please feel free to send them our way to [email removed] or if you can and you think others can benefit from the discussion, feel free to post them here.
Thank you! The files are heavier than the allowed size, so I’ll send everything to [email removed] Once the matter is resolved, I’ll post a brief summary of the questions and the answers/conclusions here, in case it helps anyone who comes across a similar situation. : )
Hi Team, is it still possible to use pupil-core on top of non-reflecting glasses if people have to wear glasses? Thanks
Hi @user-0f7e53 , yes, with Pupil Core, that is possible. Just make sure to have clear images of the eyes and good pupil detection.
@user-0f7e53 Also, make sure to record from under/below the glasses and please also reference this post for more details: https://discord.com/channels/285728493612957698/285728493612957698/935787194927439962
Hi Rob, thanks, i have avoided participants with glasses until now as it becomes quite uncomfortable and especially if the eye tracker needs to capture the eyes from under the glasses. We will give another shot to at least 1 person and see if we should still consider this setup
