Hi everyone - I'm having trouble opening a Pupil Invisible recording in Pupil Player.

When I open the recording, Player starts generating the lookup tables but then crashes with the following errors:

The recording has been copied to a local drive (i.e., not opened directly from OneDrive), but the same error occurs.

Is there another way to recover the recording?

Hi, I just purchased a used pair of invisible glasses . The seller said they are new, never used. I can not unlock the phone. Does Pupil send out their phones with a log in code?

Hi @user-5f97aa , we do not. The phones are never turned on or used by us. This means the previous owner had put a lock on the phone and it would be advised to contact them for the code.

ok , If i can't get this phone unlocked, what model phone should I buy

You can see the list of supported devices and Android versions here. Please note that you need the specific listed Android version. If you purchase second-hand phones, they can sometimes come with newer, incompatible versions of Android, so perhaps clarify with sellers first, if you go that route. Otherwise, you will need to downgrade the Android version first.

Hi, pls does anyone know where I could buy a used pair of invisible glasses? I've mostly searched facebook and ebay to no avail. There are no official shop sites anymore either.
