It would also be helpful if you could:

• extract the recording ZIP into a different folder
• let us know the contents of the extracted recording directory Also what OS and program are you using to unzip it.

I'm confused what you mean extract into a different folder? I am extracting into a different folder... (you mean extract with the paths?)

Hi @user-3aecaf , I am hopping in for @user-d407c1 while he is away. By different folder, there was the concern that maybe the ZIP file was being extracted into the same folder as the previous recording that you opened, which would have prompted the "do you want to overwrite?" message.

Thanks for sharing the Recording ID. I will pass it onto the Pupil Cloud team to inspect what might be causing this.

Here is the 7z list of the zip. Note that the recording path 2026-06-01_13-32-31-1f2036a8 in the zip has "gaze ps1.raw" twice (once near beginning, once later).

Oddly "time" is 6 minutes later for the second one...
