Hi, For the AOI marker mapper, the "fixations.csv" file, column "duration [ms]". Is it ever possible it is in different unit. I have see some fixation duration like 4 or 3000, which is super unreasonable.

Hi! I was working on enrichments for a study. I recorded videos of 30 people reading a magazine. But the enrichments don’t work, they say error. I try to work with image mapper and marker mapper but I get an error message. Anything I can do about it?

Hi @user-9e276a! It appears to be a localized issue on the provider (Jio's) side, which is unfortunately outside our control. These issues are usually temporary, so your connection speed would hopefully return to normal soon. The options would be either to wait it out, or contact the provider.

I am now at the data processing stage with the pupils cloud. I have collected more than two hours of footage. I would like to ask you if it is possible to grant me unlimited upload capacity on your platform. This would allow me to process my data continuously without the need to upload, delete, and re-upload files.

Hi @user-89e2bd , if you would like to add an Unlimited Add-on to your Pupil Labs device, then you can submit for a quote in our Online Shop here.

Also, please note that it is not possible to re-upload files to Pupil Cloud. When you delete recordings from Pupil Cloud, they are permanently deleted, so please make local backups first if you do delete data.

I recorded over 70GB on my phone. After each experiment, I transferred the files to my SSD. So It is not possible to upload them again?

If you still have the files on the phone, then they can be uploaded to Pupil Cloud. Otherwise, if you have deleted them from the phone, then it is not possible to upload them by placing them back on the phone. This is to ensure data integrity.

the schedule of the experiment was very tight and between the participants it was not enough time to upload it to the pupil cloud, so I downloaded them on the phone.

Good morning, I have a question regarding the reference image mapper. For my current project, I recorded the scanning video using a pair of Pupil Labs Invisible glasses. I’ve now been provided with Pupil Labs Neon glasses instead. Will the reference image maps created with the Invisible glasses still be compatible with recordings captured using the Neon glasses? Thank you!

Hi @user-a578d9! Yes, the image is just a simple photo that can be taken with any phone, so it can be used for a Reference Image Mapper enrichment either for Neon or Pupil Invisible. The photo needs to be uploaded to Cloud when you set up the enrichment.

yes @user-a578d9 - the scanning videos taken with Neon can be used for a RIM including Pupil Invisible recordings and vice versa.
