Good afternoon! Please tell me, there is a Marker Mapper function in Pupil Cloud that defines markers. I am faced with such a problem that I need to find out the coordinates of not only the four markers that form the surface, but also, for example, the 5th one, which is located inside a certain surface. When running this function through the Pupil Cloud, in the surface_positions.csv file, namely in the detected markers column, he sees the 5th marker, but does not write its coordinates. Please tell me how to get out of this situation and what needs to be done in order for additional coordinates to be displayed? Thanks!
Hi @user-17d0c0 , Marker Mapper is not designed to work exactly like that. That is, it tells you the coordinates of the Surface (the blue box), as defined by the AprilTags, but it does not tell you the positions of the tags that are used to detect & "build" said Surface.
Could you send a screenshot or a video capture of your stimulus and explain the goal of your research a bit more? Then, we can potentially find an alternate solution for you.
