@everyone We are excited to introduce some new features on this server, which we hope will enable us to better connect and support the eye tracking community.

🗳️ Feature Requests You will notice a new channel on the server titled 💡 features-requests. We're kicking it off with a few of our own feature requests, but primarily, we're looking for requests from you - the researchers, developers, and users!

Note: We are shutting down feedback.pupil-labs.com to put feedback closer to where our community lives (here in Discord). We will slowly port over some of the old feature requests from that forum as we move forward.

🛟 Troubleshooting We developed a new support ticket tool right here in Discord so that we can break out troubleshooting discussions into private channels. Check out the 🛟 troubleshooting channel.

Note: Previously, we forwarded troubleshooting discussions to email. We're still happy to provide support via email for troubleshooting cases. However, we find that chat (in most cases) is more efficient/lower latency.
